Important information about rentals by All Bright Party Rentals.
- Delivery is available on orders over $600. Rental requests under $500 can be picked up, if the item has a client pick up option.
- Rentals can be picked up as early as Thursday of the requested week, and must be returned no later than the following Monday to avoid late return fees.
- We do not offer vinyl or custom wraps on our rentals.
- Standard color is free of charge. Custom paint colors are available for $30/panel, $50/ripple panel.
- We are currently not painting pedestals.
- Cut off for custom paint jobs is on Mondays of the requested rental week.
- Cut off for rental bookings is on Tuesdays of the requested rental week.
- Client is responsible for ensuring they come in a large enough vehicle to safely transport rental items. We reserve the right to decline pick up if we do not see items fitting properly.
- Any additional items such as blankets, weight bags, straps provided to you on pick up day, MUST be returned with rentals on the designated return day. If items are missing on return day, a fee will be charged upon your arrival. We also reserve the right to decline any future rental requests.
Please note the following.
- Our soft serve ice cream machine prices include setup and cleaning.
- Pre-arrangement and additional fees are required for deliveries and pickups including for after normal business hours, non ground floor, or to remote or difficult locations (e.g., back yards, decks, use of elevator, etc).
- We do not allow our soft serve machines to be transported from the delivery address.
- We do not carry machines up multiple steps or a flight of stairs.
- We charge delivery fees based on distance.
