Decor and Design Services 


How do I book your services?

Please complete this party booking request form with full details of your event or party. We will them call you to collect a $300 retainer to secure the date of your event.

Once you pay your retainer:

  • We will reserve your date of event
  • We will provide a digital design of your event setup
  • We will provide an itemized breakdown of your cost including cost of delivery and installation

We will work with you to make adjustments to the design, if necessary. Once you approve the design, we will send you a formal price quote. We will then collect the balance of the fee.

Note that if you book with us, your retainer fee will be applied towards the final fee/invoice. If you decide not to book with us, the retainer fee is non-refundable.

How much do you charge for delivery and installation?

Delivery fee is based on the mileage. Installation fee depends on the design.

If I change my mind about retaining your services, do you refund my retainer fee?

No. We do not refund retainers. All retainers are non-refundable. Retainers cover design time and other incidentals including blocking off the requested date thus preventing us from booking other potential clients.

Can you replicate a design if we give you a picture?

No, we take pride in creating unique designs for each client. We will use any pictures you send as an inspiration and to give us an idea of your style and theme choice, but we do not replicate design from photos.

What areas do you currently serve?

We currently serve Houston, TX and surrounding cities. We are also able to serve other cities in TX. Please call us at 832.612.7493 to confirm that we serve your city.

Are you able to travel to other cities?

Yes but that will depend on how far the city is from Houston, TX. This will incur travel and hotel fees. Also, there is a setup minimum. Please call us at 832.612.7493 for complete details.

How far in advance should I book your services?

Usually, the earlier you book, the higher the chances you have to secure your desired date. Book as soon as you are sure of the date of the event. usually, most clients book 3-6 months in advance. Call us anytime and we will tell you if we have availability for your date.

Can I book the week of the event?

Yes, if we have availability. Booking the same week of the event means we have to go into rush mode and get everything ready in a short time. This will incur a $200 rush fee.

Can I still reserve a date if I haven’t booked a venue?

Yes! However, since we don’t know the venue’s location or what timeframes will be available for us to set up, we will have to block off the whole date for you. This means we are missing out on booking other events on your date. As a result, a $300 non-refundable retainer will be collected. The retainer will be applied as a payment towards your total invoiced amount. However, if you cancel your booking or change the date, the $300 retainer fee will not be refunded if a new date cannot be agreed upon. New event date must fall within 3 months of the original event date.

What types of payments do you accept?

Currently, we accept cash or payments through Zelle. We also accept most major credit and debit cards through Paypal. We do not accept cheques.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full-deposit refunds are only available in the first 48 hours after deposit has been made. If the party/booking is cancelled after the 48-hour full-refund period, refunds are as follows:

  • If event is cancelled within 3 weeks of event date, payments made up to date will be refunded after deducting retainer/deposit.
  • If event is cancelled within 2 weeks of event date, up to 50% of total payments made to date will be refunded after deducting costs of custom items ordered to date, vendor deposits paid and retainer/deposit.
  • If event is cancelled within 10 business days of event date, there will be NO refund of any payments made to date and retainer/deposit.

All Bright Party Rentals will work with you, the client, to re-schedule the event to the next available date within 3 months. Deposits, retainers and payments made to date are non-transferable and cannot be used towards a new event. Additionally, the original theme cannot be changed.


Rentals Services 


Does All Bright Party Rentals deliver?

Yes. We deliver orders of $600 and above. Our delivery fee is based on the mileage.

How late do you pickup from venues/homes?

The latest we pick up from venues or homes is 10:00 PM CST. Pickups between 10:01 PM and 12:00 AM (Midnight) will incur late night pickup fee. We do not pick up rentals after Midnight. You must arrange for next day pick-up if your party will end after 12:00 Midnight.

Can I pick up rentals from you?

Yes, you can pick up any items that are available for “client pick-up.” Please bring a medium/large SUV or other vehicle big enough to safely transport our items to your party venue. Call us at 832.612.7493 and confirm that the vehicle you intend to use is large enough to transform your rentals. We reserve the right to refuse to allow you to transport our rentals if we believe the vehicle is too small to safely transport the items.

Can you paint Walls and pedestals?

Yes, we can paint our Walls and Pedestals to any color of your choice or to match the theme/style of your party for the following fees.

  • Fees to paint panels – $35 per panel
  • Fees to paint Ripple Panels – $50 per panel
  • Fees to paint Frame Panels – $15 per panel
  • We currently do not paint rectangular pedestals

Can we add custom wraps to our Pedestals or Panel Walls?

No, we do not currently provide this service. Also, you are not allowed to add custom wraps to our Panels or Pedestals.

Can you add Vinyls to the Pedestals or Panel Walls?

No, we currently do not provide this service. However, you can install Vinyls as long as they do not damage our rental items and you can easily remove them before returning the items to us.

Do you rent cake and Pastries Platters?

No we do not. Platters are part of our rental packages. We do not rent them out individually.

How long can I keep rental items?

You can pick up your rentals on Thursday of the rental week and must return them no later than Monday of the following week to avoid late fees.

A daily $50 fee will be applied for each day items are late. Rental items must be returned no later than Wednesday as we may need to prepare them for a weekend event. All fees must be paid upon return of the rental items.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your rental period where available. You must notify us in advance if you wish to extend your rental period. Additional fees will apply for all extensions. Please call us for more information.

Do you charge fees for damaged rental items?

Yes. The client is fully responsible for any damages to the rented items such as if the item is broken, damaged, permanently stained and/or stolen. A minimum damage fee of $50 will be charged upon return of damaged rental items. Damage fees vary per rental item. If item is stolen, a minimum of $50 will be charged for each item. Stolen item fees vary per item. Stolen item or damaged item fees must be paid upon return of rental items.

What do I need to bring with me on pick up day?

On pickup day, you are responsible for ensuring you come in a large enough vehicle to safely transport rental items. If you are picking up more than one item, please bring blankets to avoid the items from rubbing against each other and causing scratches during travel.

If picking up in a truck, please bring truck straps to secure items. We reserve the right to decline pick up if we do not see items properly secured.

*On pick up day, any additional items such as blankets/straps (if provided by us), weight bags, reinforcement legs, and screws MUST be returned with rentals on the designated return day. If items are missing on return day, a fee will be charged upon your arrival. We also reserve the right to decline any future rental requests.

What is your cancellation policy on rental items?

We charge restocking fees for rental cancellations within 10 business days of scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Any payment made prior to cancellation will be refunded minus restocking fees. We offer full refunds on rental bookings if they are cancelled 11 or more business days before scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
